Our mission at Carmel Presbyterian Weekday School is to provide a welcoming, loving, Christ-centered environment that is compassionate and safe for our students and their families. Our program nurtures the Christian faith of each individual child while encouraging independence and self-concepts are enhanced in a play based environment.
Carmel Presbyterian Weekday School supports the mission of Carmel Presbyterian Church, “Bringing Hope and Healing to our Neighbors by celebrating the Love of Jesus Christ” - by taking a lead role in one of Carmel’s 5 Core Values entitled FORWARD: “We intentionally Disciple and nurture children.

Philosophy:
Each child's uniqueness is nurtured by our Christian staff in a warm, child-centered environment for toddlers and preschoolers. We support their development with stimulating spaces that foster growth through art, play, music, drama, nature, and storytelling, while teaching basic concepts like colors and numbers. Hands-on activities and creative play are central to learning. Our program provides a safe space for exploration, believing each child is a creation of God, deserving love and support. We aim to develop confident, well-rounded preschoolers ready to learn. We encourage school-home cooperation and welcome questions, suggestions, and visits.
